Procedure for Enrolment

Please send the completed Enrolment Form signed by both parents/guardians to

The following documentation must accompany the completed enrolment form.

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Copy of Baptism Certificate (If applicable)
• Immunisation History Statement
• $50 Application Fee - Non Refundable
• Current School Report/NAPLAN Report
• Starting or moving schools - Immunisation Records

3 Year Old Student Enrolment Policy

3 year old Kindy is an educational program for pre-kindergarten children aged three years. The program is play based and provides children with meaningful experiences that promote the development of spiritual, social, emotional, language, intellectual, creative and physical skills. The teachers will create a caring, safe and stimulating environment that will nurture your child’s disposition to wonder, explore andconstruct meaning about the world.
