Complaint Form
This online form provides parents and carers with a confidential and accessible way to raise concerns or make a formal complaint related to the College. The College values open communication and is committed to working collaboratively with families to resolve concerns in a respectful, timely, and fair manner.
Complaints submitted through this form will be managed in accordance with the College’s Handling of Disputes and Complaints Procedures and relevant Catholic Education Western Australia guidelines. All information provided will be treated sensitively and shared only with appropriate staff to ensure the matter is reviewed and addressed appropriately.
Parents are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to support an effective response. Submitting a complaint through this form does not disadvantage the student or family in any way.

Device – IPADS and Laptops
Students in Years 5-12 are required to bring a device to school. The preferred option from 2026 is a laptop, however existing students, currently using an iPad may continue to use it until such time as it needs to be replaced. At that time, we ask parents to change to a laptop. Students in Years Kindy – Year 4 will have access to class devices. Please click on the attachments for further information.

Communication for Primary School Parents
We use a variety of communication methods to get information out to the parents of our students, please see the attached information flyer regarding the types of communication and when it is being used.
